Tajielle Rose joined the St. Croix Foundation for Community Development in March 2024 as the Grants & Fiscal Compliance Administrator. With over thirteen years in the banking industry, she progressed from entry-level roles to management, developing exceptional skills in leadership and financial operations. Tajielle also spent three years specializing in federal grant administration at the Virgin Islands Department of Education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of the Virgin Islands. At the Foundation, she manages public funds, ensures grant compliance, and collaborates with the accounting department on fiscal matters. As a native Crucian, Tajielle’s extensive experience and heartfelt dedication to the St. Croix community make her an invaluable part of the Foundation’s team and a powerful force for positive change.
