Lilli serves to build awareness around SCF’s unique brand of place-based philanthropy. Working with diverse members of the public, private, and civic sectors both at home and beyond the shores of the Virgin Islands, Lilli advocates for greater investments into the Virgin Islands and has an innate curiosity about how the field of philanthropy itself can innovate. Lilli is a native Californian who has set her roots in the island of St. Croix. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and a Master of Science degree in Communications from the University of Illinois. Lilli has served at the Foundation for over 20 years. “The process of change is dynamic and continuous: we ask the hard questions, do the research, invest in time and relationships, collect all the data we can, and then build.”
