Alethea Frazier Raynor

Alethea Frazier Raynor is Outreach & Engagement Coordinator for KIDS COUNT.  Prior to coming to St. Croix, she co-directed, the District & Systems Transformation team at the Annenberg Institute for School Reform at Brown University, where she led and supported research and technical assistance in Nashville, New Orleans, Boston, and other cities.  Alethea has been a classroom teacher, guidance counselor and equity specialist, and designed professional development academies for principals.  She was also the Founder of the Risers Academy for Young Men – an all-male pilot program in Savannah, Georgia, designed to help young Black males achieve academic success.
