During all phases of development and implementation of our educational programs and pilots, every effort to incorporate strong evaluative measures is taken. The St. Croix Foundation is committed to finding research based programs and evaluating their efficacy as solutions to educational problems.

Denali Gifted & Talented Students Fund — providing educational resources for students in public elementary school Gifted and Talented Programs on the island of St. Croix.

Dove Arts Scholarship Fund — providing enrichment opportunities to young people who are serious about developing their skills in the performing and visual arts.

Foundation Scholars  — promoting adult continuing education.

The Ludington Literacy Fund — promoting literacy throughout St. Croix by issuing grants to organizations and individuals.

Teacher Grant Award Program — enhancing the educational experience of public elementary school teachers and their students.
