As a crucial component of the revitalization of Sunday Market Square, the Foundation has slated the Old Chase Building for the site of its state-of-the-art Business Incubator. A business incubator is a facility that houses a collective of small businesses, allowing them to reduce expenditures through the shared use of office equipment and personnel, while also providing them with business resources essential for success.

Providing entrepreneurs with the expertise, professional networks and resources they need, the Incubator ultimately will serve to reduce the risk of failed business ventures. The Incubator provides broadband internet access, low-cost rental space to new and growing small businesses, along with a comprehensive set of business tools needed to produce healthier businesses in our community.
